The area is quiet and relaxing but close to restaurants, shopping, and the recreational activities of Alys, Rosemary, and Seaside beaches. The wonderful screened-in pool area, with lounge chairs, has a gas grill. Beautifully decorated, the home is just a short walk to a deeded beach access. The expansive porches offer 180-degree gulf views from the top floor. Enjoy stunning sunsets with privacy. Inside, the open living area is inviting and bright, with lots of seating. The fully stocked kitchen is a cook's delight with stainless appliances, granite countertops, and custom cabinets. The home sleeps 12 and has 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, including two large primary bedrooms, kings. Each with private bath and includes a walk-in shower and double vanity. A kid's den is ideal for watching TV and movies. The house comes equipped with Wi-fi, 6 TVs, 3 refrigerators, 2 Keurig machines, and a built-in ice machine. Ideal for the kids, or a second family, the carriage house has 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, another great kitchen, and a living area. We're excited to have you stay with us!
