A set of complementary beach chairs are provided from March 1st through October 31st. Welcome to this fourth floor condo, High Pointe Unit 1-413. This beautiful condo is situated just south of 30A in Seacrest, FL, directly across the street from locally adored restaurants Pizza by the Sea and La Cocina. A short walk or bike ride east will take you to the wonderful shops and restaurants in Rosemary Beach. High Pointe Resort boasts a beautiful community pool and private beach that is perfect for your vacation. You will have access to the playground, which is great for kids and located directly across from this condo. Tennis Courts are also available and are fantastic for some family friendly competition. As you step into the home, you will find the kitchen to your right, perfect for making family dinners. To your left, you will find the guest bedroom that has 2 comfortable queen bedrooms, with a shared bathroom. The living room is spacious and has a fantastic view of the pool. The master bedroom is right off of the living room and also has a great view of the pool. We are excited to have you stay with us! Oversee Rentals is a small locally owned company comprised of hard-working professionals passionate about providing a clean home and consistent experience for our guests. Our local office is located within 10 miles of this home. We are open seven days a week and operate a 24/7 emergency line. If you need anything during your stay, please let us know. We are right down the street and are happy to head your way!
