With an inviting private pool, it's also within walking distance to the very private beach. A backyard path leads to a private dock, perfect for launching paddle boards and kayaks. This is also an amazing spot to go crabbing. Multiple outdoor areas with direct lake views make entertaining a breeze, including a huge lakefront porch just off the living area. The second-floor living-dining area has large windows, a vaulted ceiling, a large TV, and comfy furniture. The gourmet kitchen has a breakfast area that seats four, the large dining island seats six. Just steps away, a gorgeous primary bedroom suite, king, has luxurious linens and a fabulous custom-tiled private bath with double vanity. The two additional guest bedrooms, queen, lead to a private lakefront deck with outdoor seating. Downstairs, two guest bedrooms also lead to a lakefront deck. A custom-designed guest bathroom and a laundry room complete the first-floor space. Parking is on the driveway out front, please note that the garage is not accessible for guest use. With 3 bikes included, have a blast exploring the vibrant communities of Alys, Rosemary and Seaside, with plenty of dining and shopping for all. We're excited to have you stay with us!
