This condo comes with a set of complementary beach chairs and an umbrella from March 1st through October 31st. Leeward I Unit 3 overlooks the emerald green water and sugar sand beaches. This 1st floor, beachfront condo is ideally located in Seagrove Beach near Eastern Lake which places you midway between Seaside and Rosemary Beach. Upon entering, you will find the bedroom with a queen size bed, a full bath, as well as the bunk nook. Past the bunk nook is the kitchen and open concept living room with a sleeper sofa. Off the living area is the covered porch, perfect for watching the waves while taking a break from the sun. You will find 3 convenient beach accesses while staying at Leeward I Unit 3. There is a private beach access for the building as well as two public beach access which are less than a 3-minute walk from your front door. At the Eastern Lake public beach access, you will find yourself standing on the sand between the Gulf of Mexico and Eastern Lake, one of our rare coastal dune lakes, which sometimes connect to create a pool perfect for kids to splash around in.
