Santa Rosa Seaclusion is brand new to our rental program! It is a sensational home located in Seagrove Beach. It is a pet friendly home with a huge gated backyard. A quick bike ride or walk down the street and you are at the beautiful white sand beaches of South Walton. The large deck is a great place to start your day with a cup of coffee, or an evening BBQ on the grill, and you will have a huge backyard to enjoy with the entire family. Upon entering Santa Rosa Seaclusion, you have two bedrooms on the 1st floor with a shared bath. You will enjoy the covered patio area outside of the queen bedroom. As you make your way upstairs you have an open living concept with the living room and kitchen. In the living room you will find a pull-out sofa bed for extra sleeping. As you make your way down the hallway you will find the master king bedroom which includes two separate vanity sinks and a walk in shower. Also included is a loft that is perfect for kids with 2 twin bunk beds. Nestled in Seagrove Beach, it is the ideal location to take advantage of everything scenic 30A has to offer.
