A quick swim across the lake or a quick walk down the street and you are at the beautiful white sand beaches of South Walton. The second-floor deck is a great place to start your day with a cup of coffee, or an evening BBQ on the grill, and you will have one of the best seats in the area to view breathtaking sunsets. Upon entering Nora's Place second level, you will find a living room and kitchen giving the home an open living concept. You will enjoy the views of Eastern Lake in the living room and king primary bedroom. As you make your way down the hallway you will find the second bedroom that also has a king bed and private bath. Nora's Place features a separate bedroom area on the first level with a separate entrance that is not connected to the second level with a queen bed and half bath. Nestled on Eastern Lake, it is the ideal location to take advantage of everything scenic 30A has to offer. Eastern Lake is available for boating of all kinds except jet skis and the house is in close proximity to a public boat ramp. Paddleboards are welcome and the fishing is great!
