A great location for your next beach vacation, E and C's Beach Bungalow is next to Eastern Lake, and a leisurely stroll takes you to the beach in just a few minutes. The bungalow is a 5-minute walk to Old Florida Fish House, 2 miles east of Seaside, and about a 5-minute drive to Rosemary Beach. Deer Lake State Park is one mile east of the home and offers hiking trails, as well as more access to the beach. Inside, experience coastal comfort in the adorable living room, with a smart TV (sans cable, because who needs it?). The quaint kitchen has everything you need, with plenty of counter space and bar seating. The walk-in pantry and laundry room are right off of the kitchen, as is the primary bedroom with a smart TV and full bath. Upstairs, a guest room with two twin bunk beds, and another, with queen, both share a full bath. Outside, the home features a beautiful tree-lined front yard with a swing set, a spacious front porch perfect for your morning cup of coffee, and a large backyard area featuring an outdoor dining table, a lounge area, and a large cornhole game area.
