The wonderful house overlooks Eastern Lake and rests next to the oldest and largest stand of magnolia trees in the area. A rare, pristine dune lake, Eastern Lake is just steps from the Gulf. Paddleboard from the dock directly to the white sandy beach. Or fish, boat, ski, and swim. This is truly a unique gem. The cottage offers a breathtaking view of sunrise on the lake where the shallow waters invite kids of all ages to swim, play, and paddle. Newly renovated, A Hasty Retreat features an updated kitchen with an open living and dining area, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, all with a modern, lush, whimsical vibe. Hint: The upstairs bedroom is the one with an outstanding view. The retreat has three decks - one with a Lake and Gulf view, perfect for sunbathing, al fresco dining, and stunning vistas of moonlight on the Lake. The lower patio deck offers a lake view with a picnic table and swing, excellent for a nap or relaxing with a good book. And the third deck is a great place to enjoy the shade of the beautiful magnolia trees after a day on the beach. Oh! Almost forgot about the complimentary golf cart and two bicycles!
