This is a great location to enjoy 30A shops and eateries. Kayaking, biking, paddle boarding, fishing, golfing, swimming, tennis-you'll find it all right here. The home backs up to Cypress Dunes Park with a rare recreational lawn area. The front of the house faces Topsail State Park, a peaceful nature preserve.
