The backyard oasis includes a spacious pool house, a hanging day bed, a firepit with seating for four, a Delta Heat grill, refrigerator, and large TV. There's also a dining table next to the water. Inside, the first-floor open dining and living area is a delight, with ten-foot ceilings and custom finishes. The living room with large TV, includes a queen sleeper sofa. The dining area features a grand farmhouse dining table, with seating for your entire crew. Not only does the amazing kitchen have quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, KitchenAid small appliances, and a built-in desk, it also includes an ice maker and wine refrigerator. Down the hall resides a guest room, queen, with a full shared marble-tiled bath and a view of the pool. Upstairs, there's a large “parent suite”, king, with coffee bar, separate bunk room, and wrap-around balcony. The second primary suite has a seating area, full private marble-tiled bath, and balcony that overlooks the pool. A stacked washer and dryer are nearby, in addition to the full-sized washer and dryer in the two-car garage. And don't forget to take advantage of the six-passenger golf cart and three bikes.
