An elevator reaching all floors provides maximum inclusivity for everyone in the group, and Arcadia Sands has plenty of on-site entertainment for all ages. A private pool, hot tub and even an in-home movie theater are available in this home and all just a two minute stroll to the beach! On the first level of Arcadia Sands guests will find three king suites, a comfortable living room, and a truly awesome in-home theater. This theater has a large screen, eight recliners that have drink holders, plus some extra bean bags for additional seating. Guests of all ages will thoroughly enjoy watching TV shows, movies, or the game on the big screen - just bring popcorn! A glittering pool draws guests outdoors to an oasis. Here guests will enjoy a grilling area with plenty of tables to sit at and enjoy barbeque. The centerpiece of this wonderful backyard is the hot tub, the perfect place to spend the evening winding down. The main floor is on the second level where the main living room, gorgeous kitchen, and three more king suites can be found, one with access to the shared balcony and a peek-a-boo view of the Gulf! Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the open floor plan with natural light and provide access to a long balcony overlooking the neighborhood along with a view of the Gulf.
