Welcome to Done Inn! Located on the west side of 30A in Dune Allen Beach, this enchanting home is the perfect location for a luxury getaway on highway 30A. Located in the affluent gated community of Vizcaya, guests are walking and/ biking distance to multiple restaurants and the town center of Gulf Place. You are also close enough to Grand Boulevard and San Destin to have those dining and shopping options available as well. The bottom entry floor includes a bunk room with four twin beds and a queen bed as well as a half bathroom across the hall and the laundry room with a second refrigerator! The bunkroom also leads guests into the garage that houses the bicycles (and is not to be used for a vehicle.) As guests walk up the stairs with brand new hardwood floors, they are greeting into the massive, recently remodeled Chef's kitchen. This state of the art, brand new space is a cook's dream! With brand new stainless steel appliances including a massive refrigerator and 6 burner gas range, this is the perfect space for creating memorable meals on vacation! The focal point of the room is the stunning copper vent hood and backsplash complete with new cabinetry throughout. With ample seating for 6 at the bar, guest now have a central place to gather together. There is also a bar area with a wine fridge and small sink for a novice or expert bartender to "shake things up"! The stunning woodwork and open floor plan makes this an ideal space for guests to gather with family and friends to spend time together. Adjacent to the kitchen is a small half bath and a hallway that leads to the large king suite. This bedroom consists of a king bed, flat screen TV and lead into an ensuite bath. The bathroom includes a large walk-in shower and double vanity. Going to the right and up the stairs, you will arrive at the luxurious master bedroom with panoramic gulf views. This stunning space also contains a king bed, a sitting area and two closets. The bedroom leads out onto a small terrace to take in the lovely views. Back into the master bedroom, there is a large ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, a walk in shower and double vanity. Also on the top floor are two other bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. One is a room with two queen beds and the ensuite bathroom contains a shower/tub combo. The last bedroom has a King size bed and an additional bathroom with a shower/tub combo. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs. The gated neighborhood of Vizcaya is extremely exclusive and absolutely stunning. To get to the beach, guests must walk one house over to the beach access that leads down a flight of stairs to the very private beach. Only guests of Vizcaya are allowed on the beach and it is protected by a guard. One set of beach service comes with this rental for the 2023 beach season March 1 to Oct 31. The neighborhood also includes a beautiful Mediterranean style pool that is heated by the HOA in the winter months. (This is dictated by the HOA and can not guarantee pool heat) There is also a shower and bathroom with a bar area by the pool. For a fabulous getaway on a less crowded beach with biking and walking access to so many restaurants and a seafood market, this will guarantee the vacation of your dreams!

ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE IN WRITING and must be made outside of 60 days before check-in date for guest to receive the full and total rental charges MINUS a $199 CANCELLATION FEE.
