Destin Sands #101 features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and SLEEPS 8 comfortable. The Master Bedroom is spacious with a King bed and ensuite bathroom for your convenience. The guest room features double/twin bunkbed with a pull out twin trundle to pile the kids or a group of friends in for slumber parties. Additionally, there is a sleeper sofa to round out the sleeping spaces for your group. This cute condo is directly on the harbor and has sweeping views and the dock awaits your visit for sunrise or sunset. Daily Activities Included Every Day! To enhance your vacation experience, Salt Water Vacations includes Xplorie, which means admissions every day of your stay to some of the most popular attractions Destin has to offer! You can enjoy a daily value of up to $580 in fun activities: - Big Kahuna's Water Park - Multiple Golf Courses (Bluewater Bay, Emerald Bay, Regatta Bay, Golf Garden) - Parasailing with Gilligan's Watersports - Dolphin Cruise on the Sea Blaster - Indoor Family Fun at Urban Air Adventure Park This unit accepts long term monthly guests seasonally.

Cancellations made MORE than 30 days prior to arrival will result in a loss equal to the advance payment and/or security deposit payment.

Cancellations WITHIN 30 days of arrival, no shows or early departures after check-in will result in a loss of full payment.

The loss may be avoided if CSA travel insurance was purchased and the reason for cancellation is covered under the travel insurance policy.

The travel insurance fee is always non-refundable. If the guest has to shorten their stay or change their unit, normal cancellation penalties may apply.
