Make yourself at home at this family townhome that sleeps 6 with 2 bedrooms, 2-1/2 baths, living room, full kitchen, full side by side washer and dryer, and fantastic water views! The boat dock right out the back door will accommodate your boat (up to 25 feet), or a boat you rent for the day. (Please note that the boat slip in the picture is home to the family pontoon boat. You will use the dock space along the canal.) Bring your stand up paddle board or kayak, or rent one nearby, and peruse the canals and harbor. Maybe you'll see a dolphin! You won't have to worry about noisy upstairs neighbors at this two-story home. The main floor hosts the living room, half bathroom, dining area (table plus breakfast bar) and a full size appliance kitchen which includes a gas stove/oven, 4 slice bagel size toaster, and a beverage blender where you and your family can prepare for your day at the beach. Enjoy eating on the back patio or enjoy a refreshing drink at the end of the day while watching boats cruise during a beautiful sunset. On the second floor, you'll find the master bedroom which hosts a king-size bed and an attached full bathroom, and the second bedroom which houses a queen bed and an attached full bathroom. A queen size sleeper sofa in the main-floor living room can sleep 2 guests. The driveway has plenty of room for two vehicles. Daily Activities Included Every Day! Cancellations made MORE than 30 days prior to arrival will result in a loss equal to the advance payment and/or security deposit payment.

Cancellations WITHIN 30 days of arrival, no shows or early departures after check-in will result in a loss of full payment.

The loss may be avoided if CSA travel insurance was purchased and the reason for cancellation is covered under the travel insurance policy.

The travel insurance fee is always non-refundable. If the guest has to shorten their stay or change their unit, normal cancellation penalties may apply.
