The living room has casual comfortable furnishings, including a queen sofa bed. The main bedroom has cool tones and coastal decor with nice wicker furniture and a comfortable king bed, with a walk-in shower in the main bathroom. The guest bedroom has two double beds with a nice beach cottage feel, including a deep sunken tub in the guest bathroom. This unique beachfront retreat also has a TV in the living room, TVs and DVDs in each bedroom, and tiled floors throughout. Come and enjoy this fun beach getaway at the Beach House! You'll receive a beach set up as well as bike rentals onsite with stays from March 1st - October 31st. Additionally, guests will be granted access to a tennis court, fitness center, game room, and outdoor pool. This prime location mere steps away from the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico is ideal for beachgoers and families alike. The sunny Miramar Beach is a family-friendly and fun-filled resort town and offers visitors the best of Florida Sand, surf, sightseeing, and endless dining options. Bike rentals are included with your vacation rental. Reservations include a free one-hour kayak rental. Beach House will undergo a construction project beginning on October 1, 2023 through March 31, 2024 to waterproofrestore the Gulf-facing side of the buildings. The construction work includes but will not be limited to large amounts of construction equipment set up throughout the property, construction type noise between the hours of 800am through 500pm Monday-Friday and an occasional Saturday, scaffolding equipment set up on the Gulf side of the property.
