This condo has a community pool and is right in the middle of plenty of attractions, so whether you're lounging around the house or exploring Destin, this is the vacation home for you. Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park is a short walk away, where you can practice riding the waves before you hit the ocean. There is plenty of great local fare around the resort. Hours are 9am to 5pm from March 1st through October 31st. All beach services are managed by La Dolce Vita under agreement with the Pelican Beach Resort Owners' Association. Policies are applicable to all guests and owners of the resort. Beach setups may be rented directly on the beach the day of, based on availability. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 20. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.
