The Chop-Chop Bowl
The ultimate light, customizable bowl that’ll fill you up while packing a wallop of fresh flavors. Each bowl features fresh yellow rice, leafy greens, tomatoes, and pickled onions, topped with a curry mustard sauce. Choose from chicken, fish, or shrimp to top it off, and you’ll be blown away by the flavors.
Fish Sandwich
A simple but excellent favorite, the fish sandwich is crafted fresh using the catch of the day. Opt for your fish blackened, grilled, or fried, and you’ll receive it served up with lemon aioli, tomato, and arugula, all on a fresh brioche bun.
Tacos
As with pretty much everything else on Chiringo’s menu, the taco menu gives you plenty of options to build your ideal taco. Each order comes with two tacos, which are suprisingly filling. Choose from fish, shrimp, chicken, or veggies for your protein; meats can be blackened, grilled, or fried. Then choose between baja or Cabo-style toppings. Baja toppings include jalapeno and chipotle crema, cabbage, and pickled onion; Cabo-style includes jalapeno aioli, cilantro, radish, and cotija cheese. Our favorite? Chicken tacos, blackened, served cabo-style. But you can’t go wrong!
