The Port St. Joe Marina is a full-service marina that’s conveniently located in Port St. Joe. From short-term docking to long term storage, the marina has the expertise and facilities necessary to take care of your craft.

Boat owners will find the docking and storage at The Port St. Joe Marina more than sufficient, and the marina regularly caters to both local and transient boaters. Transient slips accommodate most through-boaters’ vessels, and there’s a 450-foot lay-a-long dock for anyone with an especially large yacht. In addition to these, permanent wet slips and dry boat storage offer nearby boat owners a place to keep their vessels in or out of the water.

If you don’t own a boat, the marina can still help you get out on the water in one. Several charters, including sailing charters, fishing charters and general recreational charters, operate out of the marina. There’s also a boat rental company that has powerboats, kayaks and private chartered trips here. Although these are all separate companies, the marina can put you in contact with a suitable captain should you want to hire one for part of the day.

In addition to docking and boating, a full-service restaurant and tackle shop are on-site. Wi-Fi is also available as a complimentary service, and perhaps the most important service of all is the free advice that marina workers can give. They’re always happy to talk about the local and regional waters, and few people know the waters better than the employees and the captains who keep their boats here.

Whether you’re coming into Port St. Joe by boat or want to explore the surrounding waters for a day, the Port St. Joe Marina is the place where people transition between water and land. Call up the marina to secure a transient slip or make a reservation with a charter, and the marina will ensure all of your boating needs — whatever those needs might be — are taken care of.

A few of our favorite services at The Port St. Joe Marina include:

Lay-a-Long Slip
If you’re docking an especially large boat, the Lay-a-Long Slip is the easiest place in the bay to dock. You don’t have to worry about reversing, and the depth is deep enough for all but the deepest drafts. Once you’re docked, it’s especially convenient to go ashore without taking a dinghy.

Tackle Shop
The tackle shop isn’t the biggest shop in town, but it has some of the most common boating essentials. Stop in if you need to replace anything, and pick up a souvenir while you’re at it.

Full-Service Restaurant
There are several good restaurants in Port St. Joe, but none are as close to the marina as Dockside Seafood & Raw Bar. The marina’s full-service restaurant serves up delicious meals in an extremely convenient location.

Charter
For a day on the water, there’s no better place to take a charter from than the marina. Let the marina know exactly what you want to do, and they’ll put you in touch with the right captain. Fishing, sailing, snorkeling, scalloping and just boating are all popular options.

Insider Tip:
If you’re coming into Port St. Joe by boat, The Port St. Joe Marina is well-situated within the town. The marina is only a couple of blocks from the town’s main shops, and plenty of restaurants, parks and beaches are within walking distance.
