But pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.- Guests may not park boats or watercraft in the driveway or anywhere in public view. Violations will be ticketed.- Per Watersound Beach Association regulations, guests are not permitted to use rental golf carts at this property.- The miniature golf course is a two-minute walk from the house. Clubs and balls can be borrowed from the front gate/security office.- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.- The maximum number of vehicles which can park on-site: 2Parking Details:A maximum of 2 vehicles can park onsite.On-street parking is prohibited. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed.
