This air-conditioned home sits a quarter-mile from the white sand beach and less than half a mile from bike rentals, shops, and local dining favorites. Nature lovers will delight in a visit to Camp Helen State Park two miles southeast, where you'll find gorgeous beach access and great opportunities to hike and fish. For some of the best shopping, dining, and entertainment in the area, venture over to 30 Avenue a mile to the east. This home shares its property with a carriage house (Casita at Lemon Drop); the two can be rented together as Lemon Drop. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. 1 dog(s), weighing 45lbs or less, are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
