You'll be less than half a mile from bike rentals, several shops, and local dining favorites that include Pizza By The Sea and La Cocina. Nature lovers can visit Camp Helen State Park (two miles southeast), which offers fantastic beach access and great opportunities for hiking and fishing. For some of the best shopping, dining, and entertainment in the area, venture over to 30 Avenue (one mile east). This home shares its property with a main house (Lemon Drop Main House); the two can be rented together as Lemon Drop. SHARED AMENITIES -Pool THINGS TO KNOW 1 dog(s), weighing 45lbs or less, are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
